Business Development Manager - South/South-East

Procter Street, Central London£35-40k per annum DOE + £7,200 car allowance + commission

Business Development Manager covering the South & South East- Up to £40,000 per annum DOE, plus £7,200 car allowance + commission

We are seeking a confident, self-motivated individual who has is sales driven and passionate about all things beauty, to come and work with our Skinbrands team!

Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will convert leads into new business, building on the existing portfolio, whilst maintaining relationships with current clients, to increase sales within the designated territory.

You will be an advocate for each of the brands being sold and ensure training and knowledge provided to clients remains consistent and up to date.

Key Accountabilities;

  • Proactively seek out and target new leads, to achieve KPI’s set for new business and sales within your designated territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Provide training sessions and promotional events
  • Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge and competitor activity
  • Prepare detailed reports on area performance and competitor activity
  • Create strategy reports for sales forecasting and progress
  • Represent the brands at trade shows to network within industry and further generate new leads
  • Ensure a strong level of knowledge of the products sold
  • Manage a busy diary to manage time effectively when arranging to meet new clients/leads

Skills, knowledge & experience;

  • Previous B2B experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in a regional/field based setting
  • Experience or keen interest within the skincare/beauty/aesthetics industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage and persuade
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Great product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly.
  • Previous experience training clients/team members
