Interim Digital Product Manager

Interim Digital Product Manager - Hybrid role working 3 days per week in our Coleshill Support Office (Mon-Weds)

As Interim Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering change on sknclinics.co.uk, harleymedical.co.uk, skinbrands.co.uk and a selection of smaller, branded cosmeceutical websites. You will manage a group of development agencies focussed on improving online conversion through increased lead generation, online bookings and product sales. This is a 6 month, fixed term contract, with potential to become permanent.


Key Accountabilities;

  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the business to develop and own the digital product roadmap and backlog across the group’s B2B and B2C websites
  • Document user stories, detailed descriptions of customer journeys and acceptance criteria ready for development and delivery of exceptional mobile-first digital experiences by 3rd party agencies
  • Manage development agencies across content management, eCommerce, patient management, warehousing, CRM, analytics and insight systems
  • Conduct user testing and customer research to identify pain points and inform user interface and customer experience design
  • Deliver thoroughly tested solutions on time and on budget through rigorous project management


Skill, knowledge & experience;

  • 5 years experience within a professional user experience, customer experience or user centred design environment
  • Experience with wordpress, shopify or Headless CMS desirable
  • Ability to converse and translate between technical and non-technical teams and create high quality written documentation
  • Strong understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimisation practices, ensuring technical work aligns with the SEO strategy
  • Strong commercial and operational mind set, constantly focussed on delivering value to customers
  • Highly analytical and numerate with the ability to convert analysis into tangible business benefits
  • Data driven approach with a strong understanding of digital consumers
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and analytical capabilities
